Something Stunning

This could be said:

We go around acting as if everything's ok.

Then we find the courage to look deeply, and we find that perhaps everything's not ok.

And we keep going.. and sometimes a treasure is revealed.. perhaps everything really is ok. More than ok. Just as it is.

So Sincere

You know: there's sincerity in all we do~

Including the pure sincerity of insincerity..

To protect an image

As the world sincerely appears.
Before us:
The blade of grass sincerely grows;
The body sincerely knows;
The ocean sincerely folds.
Into itself,
Moving, rolling,
Very still.

...

The earnest pleading:
'bring me home.. bring me home.'

So sincerely.

And then I get out of bed, grab the broom, and start sweeping.

Shattered

We all laugh sometimes, or not enough..
And then a ticklish ache builds inside us so powerfully,
We cannot help but burst into painful peals of laughter.. an explosion of rolling, endless laughter;

We all cry sometimes, or not enough..
And then a moment grips us so powerfully,
That undulating waves of sadness ripple through us in a cleansing torrent.. pouring out.. unravelling..endless ocean;

We all love sometimes, or not enough..
And then a moment of union creates a space so vast, there is only love.. blown open.. infinite, warm loving light;

We all try to hold on, or try to let go..
And then a crack suddenly appears, and we free-fall into the infinite totality of who we are:

Breathless.. gasping..

Then we're back.. within our ever-changing body, stories, time and space:
We open the the fridge, pull out a couple of eggs, and prepare breakfast.

Mother Ocean
When I float in you, I feel we are one.
You fill me with life, love and empowerment.
Now I give it to you; share it with you,
From a human experience.
Endless silky nurturing-
You are me, I am you... I take a luxurious swim in myself.

Mother Air, I breathe you in,
I breathe you out,
So you may feel yourself through
This human existence.
We are of the same material:
Cells, fragrances, flow, life.
Sharing you, made of you, being you.
I breathe myself in; I breathe myself out.
I pass through myself in
Infinite ways.

Mother Earth,
I live in you, my body is you,

We consume eachother
Over and over.
Insatiable satiety.
